To be able to buy medical marijuana in Nevada, you need to have a Medical Marijuana Card. And whilst it is a relatively straightforward process, there are a few elements that you need to understand.
There is no minimum or maximum age limit to those who have access to medical marijuana, as long as a waiver form is signed during the application process, and a responsible care-giver is allocated.
